Thank you for your inquiry into one of our properties, I wanted to take the opportunity to explain the process of obtaining an Atwaters rental home.
Once we receive a fully completed application, we can then move on to the booking of the showing. This can be found at https://atwaters.ca/rental-application-form/
We will then request at minimum
3 months of bank statements of all applicants over the age of 18
Verification of income of all applicants over the age of 18
A credit report for all applicants over the age of 18
This information can be provided to Atwaters, before during or after the showing
The sooner you provide this information, the sooner you can be approved for the house we have to move in the order in which we received the information.
